Since the update of the app I have had several issues with it. First when I click the icon to go into the app it ALWAYS gives me an error and a lil box comes up and basically wants you to click customer service or ok. If you click customer service it prompts you to call them whereas you hit ok you can now go into app and start shopping. This happens EVERY single so I don't shop as much as I use to. Matter of fact nowhere near what I used to before. The icon color is very dull since the update and it does not entice me to want to shop! I too have had where I had items store in my shopping cart and go back and they are gone. When this happens I just close the app and don't shop. The app also freezes and I have to close and start all over again. So again when this happens I just don't go back in and shop! QVC it your listening please fix the bugs and issues with this app and make it more appealing for shoppers to want to click on it and shop! I missed out on buying several items and you missed out on several sales all because of issues with this app.
Convenient but has bugs
For the most part I enjoy this app. Have had problems however. One time I had a few items in my cart and had to back out of the app. When I went back in within a few minutes my items were gone and had
sold out. Another time I had items in my cart and forgot about them. My time had expired when I checked on them and the app froze up. Had to turn my phone off to clear it. I'm sure these things will be taken care of.
Update: Don't like when I'm looking at color choices and have to move the screen down each time another color is selected to see what it looks like. Also there have been times when I've lost my cart items after only a few minutes and they've been sold out so can't reorder. Deleting an item from the cart has also caused the program to freeze so it can't be done.
Very convenient way of shopping
I have always loved how progressive QVC stays abreast of keeping up with trends and technology. The new app just makes it so easy to shop and interact with brands with a touch of a button! I love how they've integrated the Touch ID feature as I never can remember my password especially because of the recent changes with QVC. Tonight, the shopping experience was so seamless and effortless that I had to catch myself from
not continuing to shop.
On the company level, I tune just to see the presenters. I feel like I'm connecting with my friends. It's not easy to extend the one on one experience you get to have via television. Somehow, you have nailed it and I consider watching the channel just to see and check out the extraordinaire presenters and the featured brand representative and owners. What a treat! QVC is no longer a channel I go to shop but also, I go to catch up and check out what's going on in all areas.
Keep up the fantastic work QVC. Us (ME ESPECIALLY), as your customer wouldn't ask you for better and you make it such a pleasure to give away my money!
