Love QVC, but 2 frustrations with the app
Purchases go smoothly with the app. User-friendly process. My issues involve the wish list, paying my Q-card bill from my iPhone, and using the check on "all orders" feature.
At some point in the last year or two, I get an error msg when trying to add an item to my wish list. I often want to use this list if I'm in a hurry and can't make a purchase right then. I miss using this feature.
The more frustrating issue is the "pay my bill" process on my phone. Your system lets me go all the way thru logging in and selecting the "make a pmt" option - and then takes me to a blank screen that NEVER completes its command. I've tried it periodically over the last year with the same result. Have given up despite the loss of convenience. I never have the time to call and wait to report the problem, but take the opportunity now to pass my complaint on to you. I use the iPhone 6S Plus, FYI.
The only other comment I would share is a more minor distraction using the app with the process of checking "all orders". I inevitably hit the back arrow at the bottom of the ph screen to go back to the whole list and end up having to re-login. I wish the app would let me back up using the back arrow.
Love the QVC app
I find that it is easy to use the app and simple to go back and make corrections or go on a payment plan, etc, but I do have ONE concern that I hope is corrected. There are times I love to sit and go thru the "as is" clearance or just clearances in general. I review all of them not just beauty or clothing. I like to read reviews on something I may like and have put several items in my basket to have them deleted after an hour?????? I then become upset and don't order. I can't remember all 9 items and just forget it! Also, please allow us to put at least 15 items in our basket before having to checkout. I love the Q! Thank you. Suzy
Very convenient but..
I give this app 5 stars for convenience but like reviewers have said when youre browsing your order status/ AD's etc you have to go out then come back in starting all over again, yep annoying...Also just recently I can search item #'s Im getting an error message "Something went wrong" well chop chop W fix this! Also NOW when Im viewing AD for whats in the future shipment when clicking the icon or description of the product nothing happens which as I mentioned earlier then I try to search it and cant!! Time for a Q-App Checkup??
