This app is designed to help Faculty, Staff and Students at Randolph-Macon College navigate technology services on campus to enhance their education and workplace.
It provides video snippets on the following areas: directions to ITS, how-to on-board your computer on both the wire and wireless, password resets using PSS, using Buzznet our intranet, mapping your U: and H: drives, printing to the Library Pharos printers, adding an email account to your phone, connecting mobile devices, installing Office 365, setup a and usage of unlimited cloud storage through Onedrive for Business and/or G-Suite, connecting game consoles/printers/media devices, avoiding phishing attempts, etc.
The app features our knowledgebase with chat to ticket capability right from your mobile device. Also included for convenience are links to a wide variety of essential campus apps and services such as: MyMaconWeb Student Portal, HAC Tutoring, Laundry Wash Alerts, Physical Plant Work Orders, theBuzz Social Network, Student Health Portal and Estes Dining Menu.
