RadTechPro focuses on the positioning of the patient that will yield the best image. Our high-quality images display the perfect positioning of the patient for any given view. We explain body position, CR point of entry, breathing instruction when applicable, tube angle, collimation detail, and special tips specific to orthopedic or trauma settings.
RadTechPro shows you how to perform those obscure orthopedic views that will impress any orthopedic surgeon. RadTechPro shows you the special angles to open up those joints, and other extremely useful pointers amassed by techs with years of experience. You simply won't find this information anywhere else.
When we designed this app, what we had in mind was what a tech really needs when the pressure is on. When a special view is requested, or it's something you simply don't shoot everyday, you need the information quickly, without fumbling with textbooks. For years, techs would purchase cumbersome positioning books that others might view as weakness in skill, or lack of confidence if carried around for reference. Now you can have the data at your fingertips, searchable on the fly, in your phone.

Good but basic
If your looking for an app that simply covers basic radiographic positioning than this is for you. This app covers all the basic positioning, complete with instructions, tips, and pictures. There are some things I would like to see updated in the future:
-Special Positioning (Ex. Danielus-Miller)
-A section under each position where you can add your own notes
-Radiographic images of each position shown
I previously rated this app a 2 stars because it was lacking info. I checked it out again and it's been updated. I recommend it. It could still have more centering information but its now def worth the money. Can't hate on people that put in work to improve it. So thanks.
What an awesome app!
This app is great! I have used it for all my lab test and it helps me out so much. It shows you a picture, gives you tips, and much more. If you are a student or even a radiology tech already this is a great app to use for references!
