Update to my previous review:
Previously, I experienced a problem with re-setting my password in order to access the application. I use this application regularly in order to save items of different interests and priorities. I must honestly say that this is the BEST application for bookmarking. Ever since I discovered it, I have loved it and depended on it to keep my bookmarks in proper order. The developer of the application personally contacted me to confirm that I had received the reset password link. I MUST say that I really appreciated this. The users are what drives an application and impacts the success of the product. In essence, I was able to successfully re-set my password and access all my saved bookmarks. I definitely did not want to start from scratch. My hat goes off to the developer for ensuring that my issue got resolved.
I depend on this application for my day to day information gathering and research. One of the many options that I appreciate about the product is its ability to know that a bookmark was previously save and is a duplicate. This saves tremendous amount of time.
The best of luck to the developer and the success of the application!

Why 4 instead of 5?
I have issues saving sometimes from my iPhone 6s. Frustrating but also indication of an early app version.
If that's true, why even 4?
Phenomenally intuitive UX, cross-platform, cheap/free and categorization in addition to tagging makes it a cinch for power users.
What did I use before Raindrop?
I use OneNote for my work notes and Apple Notes for personal notes. Previously, used both as a means of storing bookmarks. This was disjointed.
What about competitors?....
1. Why not Chrome?
When I'm using Chrome browser, it's typically because I'm working. I don't want the distraction.
2. Why not Pockets app?
Pockets is great but I find the categorization to be lacking. Tags are wonderful but time intensive (much like this review, time intensive is okay some of the time...not okay for something I do 10+ times a day)
The Best Bookmark Manager For Everything
This is the best bookmark manager. Looks beautiful, while
at the same very functional and extremely easy to be a "power user" if you're into that.
Also very easy to export your bookmarks / backup to Dropbox.
As a side note, I'm shocked that there are so little bookmark managers available today.
The default bookmark managers with Chrome and Firefox and such are terrible, and it's basically impossible to organize more than a hundred or so links. I could easily imagine tracking 10,000 links with this app.
I'm so thankful this app exists. BTW this developer is amazing, and there is a Web App, a Mac app, an iOS app, an iPad app, a Chrome Plugin, and a Safari Plugin (there is more, but this is what I use). Love the wide range of support!
