The advanced program with 2 options of total body training uses compound exercises and unilateral training to improve symmetry, balance and strength while sculpting and toning. What you’ll need: 5, 8, 10, 12, 15 lb dumbbells, a stability ball, a chair and a mat.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! Repetitive. Monotonous. Controlling. You cannot access the workout if a. You have already completed the workout for the day, and b. If it's your day off. So forget about planning ahead for the week as I like to do. And forget a or conserving your phone battery. Also, I tried to leave multiple reviews but it kept telling me that my nickname was already in use therefore deleting my multiple paragraphs. I hope this makes it for your sake. You must be informed that this is pure junk.
