Cross-Border Features Not Working


The latest app version, updated 22June 2018, touts new cross-border features for those of us who also bank with RBC Bank (Georgia). Unfortunately, those features are not working, as I can’t link my U.S.accounts. I get a pop-up that talks about “technical” issues. I’m using the app on an iPhone X, running the latest version of iOS.

Also, why not make it a lot easier to offer comments and feedback? It’s not intuitive at all, and when I clicked on obvious links, they had nothing to do with feedback on the mobile banking app.

RBC US Banking


The US accounts are not showing up. This app is not helpful for those who need to gain quick access to their US accounts as the functions don’t seem to work. Other than that it is a great app for people just needing access to Canadian accounts.
