Cannot view contents within folders of router

After the latest iOS update, this app has been hit or miss (mostly miss) when it comes to ease of access to the contents within the router. I primarily used this app to backup my photo library to an external storage drive attached to the router.

After some difficulty setting up the media backup folder, it would work. Unfortunately, since the update, access has been very limited and no longer performs backups. Eventually one or two photos would upload but then it would hang. I have tried reinstalling to remedy this but to no avail.

The app does have access to the external storage drive but only the folders are visible and it’s contents are not visible. Even after setting up a previous backup folder that was my original folder, contents are not visible.

However, when logged onto the ReadyCLOUD website on the laptop, everything is accessible. Not quite sure what the issue is with the app but once this is resolved, then an updated review will be done. Otherwise, this app is useless to me with no means to provide its backup features.

Shadow of its former self...

This app worked great for me until the iOS 11 update. Now, in order to make it work, I have to log out and back in to the app every time I open it. If that is a safety feature, at least make the app support Touch ID. In its current state, it is very inconvenient to use.
Also, when it does work, it isn’t as good as before... it is more buggy, often times failing to load photos and the thumbnail function does not work.
Please update!

Sure you can connect to your attached USB drive to view items and such. That’s the extent. From an Apple i-device you can’t upload anything, only view and download from the drive. Would be nice to upload any type of file to the drive line you would on the computer or even Google Drive.

Not worth my time, I’ll stick with Google Drive and transferring files with my network drive from the computers.
