Revised provisions to support customers

I have had few crashes during the loading of the pictures for the various homes found. I have also wished that the application could also search more than 20 miles within a given area.

With regard to home/land sales, foreclosures, etc., can the banks and realtors add more information concerning the property, status of the occupants/property, home features, etc. These properties take up valuable storage spaces so there should be a concerted effort to provide more useful information if the banks and realtors want to establish a real demand for potential buyers to seriously consider these homes.
There should be a reevaluation on the minimum standards for information, pictures, etc. before a home is posted to encourage increased exposure. One to three photos is definitely not sufficient since this is a major investment for most home owners. Please consider these issues.

Utilitarian & Useful

This app does an adequate job of presenting enough information to browse available properties. But it isn't perfect. It doesn't show all the homes available in an area. The location of a property on a map doesn't always match. The photos can't be made larger. There are no video tours. Sometimes the app just crashes (on an iPad) for no apparent reason. It decides, not sure on what criteria, how many properties to show before being prodded to show more. Last, a criticism of all these apps, it has limited filtering capability. It cannot filter townhouses, two families, short sales or other search criteria a buyer might want beyond price, bedrooms and bathrooms. It would be a nice enhancement to add search details related to recent upgrades, distance from schools and/or highways. These apps are in their infancy but this one is good enough to give a prospective buyer a sense of what a home is like.

Mostly good

Better formatted than most realty apps with a lot more information more accessible in each listing. It is by far my preferred app out of all of the MLS based offerings. A minor gripe is not being able to zoom in on the photos at any point in the app. My biggest issue however with this app is its constant ability to crash. In any given 1/2 hour it will crash 2-3 times. If one is managing your saved listings the crash rate is significantly worse. Saved listing processing is also slow. I thought it may be my device which was an I phone 4s originally but it did the same with my 5 and now with my 6plus. Please still notice I still rate it at 4 stars even though it has its issues. It's still the best out there but if they can remove the bugs it would be fantastic. Real Estate - Homes for Sale and Apartments for Rent
