Love the app, mostly....
I am in the process of looking at homes in a few different cities for grad school. I use this app all the time. I really love the school district function, it helps me narrow down homes quickly. And I love how it opens my maps app where I have each law school saved by address. It is very convenient. The only reason it's not 5 stars-- is because there is no way to hide listings I don't want to see anymore. Once I see they aren't what I'm looking for I want a way to hide them. So when I refresh my saved searches I dont keep relooking at homes I don't want. If the app could do that I would easily give it 5 stars.
Good but...
This is a great app but I do wish it had a feature of Zillow. Their mapping function not only gives you the street view 99.9% of the time, it lets you view lot lines 100% of the time. Because it's an image, you can get a good sense of how wooded the lot it as well (of course) the shape of the lot.
Also your "updated every 15 minutes" may be true but I still have to check back with the listing agents brokerage site to get accurate info on open houses.
Awesome App
This is a great app; it is very awesome because it sends me updates and gives me information on houses that I am interested in. The houses that I have in my save later categories are always there when needed. This app also gives me notifications of houses that I may be interested in. So, it is a great app to use; if you looking to buy a house or rent; it will give u all the information you might need to have a successful search.
