The ReceiptMatch Mobile App lets you use your device to access transactions made on your Business Card from American Express OPEN and instantly tag these transactions with digital receipt images, Intuit QuickBooks® categories, e-statement tags and notes.
Use the App to set and track Employee Card spending and receive alerts as employees approach spending limits or encounter blocked purchases.
MANAGE EXPENSES ON THE GO:
Each time you use your Business Card, simply open the ReceiptMatch Mobile App, access the transaction and snap a photo of your receipt. You can view and print your stored receipt images and transaction details from your online statement.
If you have enrolled in Sync with QuickBooks, you can tag your Card transactions with your QuickBooks categories. Once tagged, send that transaction data directly to your QuickBooks company file from your desktop.
MANAGE EMPLOYEE SPENDING:
With the ReceiptMatch Mobile App, you can proactively manage your Employee Card spending. View the account summary for your Employee Cards, set spending limits and receive alerts when your Employee Cards are near or over a set limit.

Upgrade adds TouchID but loses matching...
Latest upgrade requires that you manually locate the transaction before you can upload a photo. No longer will it automatically match. If a transaction is pending there is an extra step to expand pending transactions.
I used to just capture a photo and then go online once in awhile to make sure things were auto-matching. Not anymore. Very time consuming. A step backwards.
The new version now makes more work for you. No longer can you just upload receipts then login to apply the ones that did not automatically apply. You now have to attach them yourself. And when the period closes, so do the receipts. So if you've been traveling for two weeks and go back in to snap some pics, you're out of luck. Please go back to the old way. So much easier!
Not great update
What happened to the ability to just capture a receipt and not worry about it? That was actually the best feature. Mobile design is about simplicity and getting out of the user’s way. This new way of capturing receipts is the opposite of good design. stop over thinking it — make your customer’s interactions easier/faster — get out of the way.
