Looks like the Ads have subsided. Thank you. Would like to see an option to add muscle as a percentage which is how most home scales track to. Otherwise, a very simple and effective tracking app.
EDIT: I just found where one can change the muscle as percentage (in setup/general settings). Cheers.
This app is great, I have lost count of how many people I have recommended it to. I weigh myself daily to get a better idea of my actual weight since a measurement from once a week can be misleading. RecStyle can show you the weekly or monthly trend by the press of a button! This allows you to get a better understanding of your progress. It's basically what the Apple health app should be. Additionally, you can see the trend of body fat, waist side and muscle as well. A recommendation would be to also be able to sync lbm information from health and perhaps changing the 'muscle' tab to LBM.
Two clicks and one slide to enter data, super easy
I was specifically looking for a weight tracking app that required the least amount of work to enter data (because the more steps it takes to enter data, the less likely I am to keep tracking for months on end).
This was the easiest app I could find. One click into the app, one click to edit your current weight for the day, and then select current weight with a slide. Much easier than entering weight number by number.
