“Recycle for Burnley” provides residents with helpful information about recycling and waste disposal in the borough of Burnley in Lancashire.

Find recycling and waste collection dates for your area each month, and find out what items can be recycled.
- Recycle points:
Search all recycle and disposal points throughout the borough (using GPS) and find out which are suitable for your waste or recycling. Find points closest to your current GPS location in Kilometres, Filter map by accepted material types and a digital compass to aid direction to points.
- Set collection reminders:
Be reminded when your recycling or waste is due for collection.
Join a recycling/waste Scheme, Report Lost or Stolen Containers, Missed collections and request an Assisted collection (For those unable to put bins out themselves) directly to Burnley Borough Council.
Find accepted and not accepted materials for your recycling collections. Filter to recycle map direct from the material types.
Scan regular household products for recycling information. If a product is not recognised submit it for verification by Burnley Borough Council. This database is community led.
Scan QR media where featured for a description of materials accepted/not accepted in each of your containers.
