Good game, but the puzzle has some bugs in it

I enjoyed the game itself. It’s a good game but I found the games were you had to put the puzzle pieces together did not work properly with the magic pad on the macbook pro. The problem was it said to use the left button to pick up and put down the puzzle and use the right button to rotate. With the magic pad the computer was confused as to whether it should pick it up, put it down, or rotate the piece. It became really annoying and agrevating when I would try to put the piece down and it would rotate instead. This was first game that I have seen that happened and have played other games with puzzles like this and had no problems moving pieces, rotating them, and putting them down. I think this is a major bug that needs to be fixed. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars to the game

Gem of a fun little adventure game with no HO scenes option

I enjoyed playing this game in the Adventure mode which had no sparklies or HO scenes. There were some places where I had difficulty figuring out what to do next, but the hint provided great help when I needed it. It was refreshing to have a pure adventure after so many Hidden Object games that get rather boring after awhile.

The storyline was not unique. You are the one in your bloodline to save the world from evil. I liked the way it was presented and enjoyed the ending.

There were several options on gameplay. You can play in Easy, Casual, or Adventure mode. There is also a Sparklies option. I only played Adventure, so cannot review the other modes. The puzzles were similar to other games of this type, but were done well. I especially liked the graphics and how the puzzles flowed with the storyline.

There are Achievements that you earn throughout the game as well as special items to collect.

:) Thanks G5 and Cateia for the early Christmas gift. I hope to see a sequel to this game and many more games of this type.

Too Much Sameness

ALmost every game has the same basic concepts: get a sequence in order, fill in “x” number of horizontal or vertical positions without exceeding the row or column limit, etc. Not intuitive in the sense that you never really know what’s being asked. Too much combining of found elements in the right order with no rhyme or reason.

This plus a problem with one of G5’s other games getting stuck with no way out, has convinced me never to buy one their games again. Sorry, but that’s the way it is.
