A modest rogue-like with some MAJOR flaws
>> Okay, I was wrong. I had played for about an hour when I first posted a review. After I returned to the game I stumbled into a bodacious annoyance - everything I equipped became cursed.
I emailed the dev. Waited five days or so. No response. Not even, “it’s supposed to work like that”.

This app certainly doesn’t deserve its bad rep.
This is a pay once and play game. Several of the reviews suggest otherwise.
It’s a rather traditional rogue-like. Wander a dungeon. Pick up items. Gather treasure. Battle monsters. Read scrolls. All the standard schtick. With the added gimmick of spending treasure coins to remove curses, cure poison, heal wounds. It implements _food_, as a resource, much better than do most rogue-likes.
The game’s major flaw is an abundance of somewhat over-powered thieving monsters that undermine its gimmick and keep the player too broke to survive.
To the devlopers
This game has potential, but it’s lacking a storyline. So far I’m just wandering around aimlessly. The dungeons are all pretty much the same so far, as are the enemies. My character is level 5 but to what end (I’m not gaining any abilities)? Still fighting the same monsters so the items don’t really matter. In the end, it feels like you’re playing the same level over and over.
Add a storyline, more monster & room variation, traps, etc. The ability to sell unwanted items would be a plus. Also some kind of mission/s (a reason to grind through the dungeons), bosses (they may exist but haven’t found any thus far), etc.
I’ll keep it with the hope for updates.
Great Potential, Poor Gameplay
A great Roguelike game, however the cursed items spoils the fun and the scrolls to clean them do not appear (unless you pay for each item), thus it turns to be poor gameplay.
I would throw my $2 immediately if there would be a Paid version (without any cursed items and ads)
