Redbooth iOS is WORTHLESS
Redbooth is VERY hard to use and not very intuitive. Requires a lot of time watching tutorials and taking classes to figure out (we must use it in our company and only half of the staff can figure out how to use it- everyone is afraid they will miss something and follow up with email which doubles the efforts). As Steve Jobs once said, if you need classes to learn software, then it is not successful). Will struggle a lot with Redbooth- has to be something easier to use that is intuitive.
We have been trying to use Redbooth in our department (primarily as a desktop product) and it is confusing enough as is, but we regularly meet to try and stay coordinated on projects and with help, figured out some of the basics. The previous iOS app for iPad and iPhone users WAS useful, but now this new light version app is useless and has lost ALL functionality. It makes no sense and is TOTALLY DIFFERENT from the regular Redbooth software. DO NOT BOTHER with this app and use a browser-based version of Redbooth on iOS devices. Do not know what Redbooth was thinking- there is no way to use this app or find other workspaces. Redbooth is trying to make the iOS app more like the desktop version but we are already confused and having a mobile app that is different from an already complicated software program is a nightmare.
Terrible!
What happened here? The app used to be OK (just OK) but worked. Now it got worse. I was expecting that the app opened automatically when you click on a task in an email, like other apps, but instead it opens on a browser and you have to login every single time you want to see a task from an email. Just copy other hundreds of apps on this and make it worth the time to use this app.
June update: this app has been updated a couple of times, but it still Terrible.
