Convenient but needs improvements

This app is really useful and very convenient. There is no substitute for instantly checking account status and getting notifications for transactions. I especially like the debit control and credit card control. Unfortunately, credit card control is really cumbersome. My biggest complaint is that once I have chosen one credit card account I cannot go back to my other credit card accounts. Instead, the app just defaults to showing the website interface and asks for a login to my redstone account. That is very inconvenient.


Great App, needs Touch ID to open & Popmoney fix

I love this app, but it does have some limitations. Please update the app for the iPad by adding Fingerprint touch for login. Also, please have the developers fix the Popmoney part of this app (also in iPhone app too). I have to go to the online version via my browser to send Popmoney to my other bank. You can store a direct link to another account via the online version, but cannot do so on the either the iPad or the iPhone app.


Limits on mobile deposits are frustrating!

I don’t currently live where I can just walk or drive to an RFCU branch. Occasionally I have a deposit in excess of their $5000 mobile deposit limit, but they have no way to adjust or waive the limit. This means that I have to mail or FedEx checks (an added expense) and THEN wait two weeks for the checks to clear and my funds to be released.

The people on the phone tell me it’s for my protection. This is nonsense; it’s for theirs. I can recognize corporate BS when I hear it.
