You can now transfer funds between profiles using the app – schedule same day or future-dated transfers to deposit-only accounts on your other Regions profiles.
We also made a few other improvements behind the scenes for an optimal user experience, including making it easier for you to enable Biometric ID if desired.

App failed - no remedy
This was on of my favorite apps - until it stopped working on three of my devices - IPhone X, IPhone 6+ and IPad Pro. I have been contacting regions through phone calls, going to a branch and messaging for two months now. No one can tell me why this app stopped working. Sometimes i call and they say they will “cut a ticket”. When i can another time they say no ticket was cut. When i ask for the ticket number they tell me that this number is only for internal use-they cannot give it to me. Apple has told me this is a Regions problem. This is a great inconvenience and I feel that my problem is not being addressed. I feel that the support (or lack thereof) is very discouraging. Would not give any recommendations for their IT support.
I enjoy the ability to manage my accounts on the go. I've had no issues with the site, always seems to be available. So I'm satisfied. Of course at my age when things work I'm excited. Been with Regions quite awhile and I am pleased with the over all service.
It generally gets the job done, but Regions certainly could do better with their app and support!
Example: every time there is an IOS upgrade my touch login quits and does not even show up as an option. This forces me to have to reload the app. It is NOT an Apple issue!
