Reiner Knizia and Aidem Media, to celebrate the upcoming release of City of Secrets 2, present to you Skyline. A new and refreshed edition of the popular board game, designed to fit the style of the City of Secrets.
The City of Secrets has more secrets and hidden places than anyone could have imagined. Deep inside the bowels of the Earth, in an abandoned mine, there is a very old and, one has to admit, pretty well-designed gate. Behind it lies... well, that's the heart of the problem actually - nobody knows what the aforementioned gate guards, because a security-crazed ancient builder decided to secure it with a multi-leveled puzzle. Face the ancient challenge and see what tasks await you in the City of Secrets 2!
This product was not tested on animals. During the production process, no sweet potatoes were injured, nor any other funny vegetable... neither a fruit... OK, we admit: someone was hurt - one coder had a runny nose, a very irritating one.
What's New in Version 1.1
Rare Touchpad click problems fixed.
Sodoku on steroids!
Not sure why ADT2 is having problems running the game, because I have similar system and it works fine for me. I'm guessing it is a Mac software update required for your machine (video dirver?). Anyway, game is interesting and very polished - a different spin on the sodoku mechanic with striking visuals, atmospheric music and good difficulty progression on the levels - I'm having fun with it so far!
Won't Run on 10.7.3
The screenshots of this app on the Mac App Store look great, and the gameplay sounds interesting. However, after purchasing and downloading, I am unable to get it to run on my 2.8GHz Core i7 MacBook Pro running Lion 10.7.3. I get music and a menubar, and that's it.
I'll reconsider my review if/when I hear back from tech support.
