Excellent breathing app

I’ve been using this app for 2-3 years, and I like it well enough I have it on my iPad, phone, and laptop. The advantage over other breathing apps is its ability to adjust breathing levels, background photos, and music. Breathing to an app for 10 minutes or more is pretty boring, but their interface makes it more user-friendly. Plus they have a type of “scorecard” that shows you how a cumulative record of how many hours you’ve been at it over time, which encourages me to keep using it. The deep breathing has helped me considerably with my chronic fatigue.

BEST APP <3

Thanks to this app my anxiety is not that bad anymore. Since I downloaded this I got obssed. Its amazing and I've been using this everytime I get an anxiety attack. Plus you can also change music which is so cool! Also if you see my name that's my mom's name so pla don't mind that. Anyways I still cant believe its already 1 year using this. Thank You so so so so so so so so much I hope you get more 5 stars rating <3 Byee!
