Not so good.
Honestly I was excited when I found this app because most of the other apps where you can seek treatment for medical condition cost much more. The price tag here is $30 a visit. Within an hour to my problem was resolved your prescription was filled. A few days after taking the medication I started having a bad reaction to it. I tried contacting the doctor on the app there was only option to send another message there was no phone number. No customer service chat. I waited I have not heard anything back. Honestly if they're going to treat you they should have a way that you can contact him if a problem arises. Now I'm here still sick needing my medication to be changed and I can't get a hold of anyone. If anything I feel worse now than I did when I contacted them and that's not the kind of experience you should have a concierge medical care. For $30 they only needed about 20 minutes of their time to take care of me I think that's a good deal I don't understand why nobody can get back to me.
