Frequent updated options, matching accessory recommendations, flexibility in ordering two sizes, and to tie it all together with amazing customer service!! I have yet to find an app that impresses me more than RTR. I have now ordered dresses for 4 separate occasions and I am hooked. I was so nervous about trying it the first time but now I won't look back. I am saving money by renting vs. buying and I look great at every occasion!
Well deserved of 5 stars and well deserved of my time to write a review. I couldn't recommend RTR more.
Rent the Runway
Great company and excellent service! I've used rent the runway for the past two years and always found them to have excellent customer service and quick delivery. I have always ordered the dress at least two days ahead of the event and knew there is always a chance the dress may not work out. If the dress doesn't fit or there is an issue I have either received a refund or store credit. Will continue using this in the future and totally recommend it!
Better than website
I actually like the app better than the website. I like to scroll through actual people in the dresses and the website isn't quite as user-friendly. I don't need to see a size 0 obviously a size 0 looks great in anything.
