The RENTCafé Resident app has been designed for apartment communities that use RENTCafé as their resident portal. Some features may not be available at your property. Ask your property manager if they are using RENTCafé and what features are available to you as a resident before installing this app.

This app is great for paying rent, I haven’t had any major issues. There were a few times that I couldn’t make any payments and had to get a cashiers check but that wasn’t so hard... one improvement I would really appreciate would be to see payment history. My apartment complex is now under new management and I went from paying a flat rate for water only to paying all utilities and a variable fee. I only remember paying 768 one month and this month I’m paying 796 because of utilities. I know I could easily write it down but a payment history in app would be nice.

Thank you for the positive review and great recommendation. When payments are submitted through your Resident Services Portal, you will receive an email acknowledging the payment has been submitted with a unique confirmation number. You can find your payment history under the “Recent Activity Tab” on your account dashboard. If you’d like a documented receipt, we recommend getting in touch with your property manager or property management company. Hope this helps!
Problem reported is a problem solved
If we submit a critical or emergency maintenance request via the app or a call to the front desk - it’s resolved by a fully qualified technician in less than 2 hours. For other maintenance requests, the technician completes it almost as soon, often the same day. When a repair/replacement requires a difficult to find part, the technician monitors it continuously until resolution.
We are quite satisfied with the maintenance request processes, resolutions, and most importantly - the technician’s resolve, knowledge and responsiveness to “fix” the problem properly; no work-around temporary solutions.

Finally Figured it Out
I read several reviewers complaining that they were not able to make multiple payments from separate accounts. However there is a way. After selecting “Make a Payment” click on the rent amount due in (green and white letters). From there you’ll be able the chance the amount, click done and select your desire account and submit. Your rental account will automatically update leaving the remaining amount due to process your second transaction.
