The RENTCafé Resident app is your partner in all things related to your apartment community, and especially when you’re on the go. Easily pay rent, request maintenance or reserve the club room in seconds.
RENTCafé Resident App features:

The RENTCafé Resident app has been designed for apartment communities that use RENTCafé as their resident portal. Some features may not be available at your property. Ask your property manager if they are using RENTCafé and what features are available to you as a resident before installing this app.

•You can now renew your lease within the app (available at select communities).

Finally Figured it Out
I read several reviewers complaining that they were not able to make multiple payments from separate accounts. However there is a way. After selecting “Make a Payment” click on the rent amount due in (green and white letters). From there you’ll be able the chance the amount, click done and select your desire account and submit. Your rental account will automatically update leaving the remaining amount due to process your second transaction.
Good for Maintenance request
This app has less features, but it is good at what it has. Anyways, I don’t need too much from this. Pay rent, place maintenance request, create post in bulletin boards & Keep track of events. More can be added( like ability to review lease documents) and I am not worried about them.
Thing I like most is -
Easy to pace request, just by opening the app and sending screenshots by selecting the problem category
Horrible app with bad design!!!
Horrible app with bad user experience design. Does not allow payment ahead of time. Does not show payment option ahead of time which confuses user. Auto payment is horrible. Does not allow user to check if they have auto payment set up. Does not allow user to set it up until payment is submitted. Does not give any feedback or confirmation to indicate that auto payment is set up. There, I have done you a favor. That’s the basic user flow that any developer can do it. So whoever is in charge of design or developing this app, please reconsider your job.
