I exercise mostly from home doing HIIT training and I also prepare for the Crossfit games. The challenge I had was counting reps all the time and keep an history of my workouts. This app is perfect for that! It is really cool the way it counts nearly perfectly all the reps and provide a cool analysis for my workout history. Anyway, I recommend it!
I'm used to counting pushups in my head as I go but for high rep count or mixed exercise workouts I usually loose count. When my mind is free from having to count I find I can focus more on my form and since the app records it I feel I'm less likely to give up or get sloppy when I start to feel tired.
Easier to get in the flow
