Best Tracking App Out There

If you’re serious about progressing in the weight room, download the premium version. Been using for 2 years and hasn’t disappointed yet, and only gets bette with each update.


Oh this app. Finally a simple, straightforward app that doesn't push routines and other crap on me! It's just the data. That's all I want! Easy to track history and progress. Go with a routine or wing your workout, just as easy to journal. Excellent.
