For over six months the logout feature is inconsistent. Allowing you to see last showed balanced without logging you out even though the logout period passed. More so the logout notice doesn’t return you to the login screen many times it sends you to the App Store to re-download the app. I agree the QA in this app is very much below RBL standards. I can’t believe that bugs would exist for so long but nobody seems to know or fix them.
HEAVY IMPEOVEMENTS NEEDED
This app is way to buggy for it to be a online banking app I mean it’s ok if you use it for simple account balance to say to use it for transferring money from different accounts it takes long between loading screens and also the app looks way to basic for an app that’s been out for over a year there has been no substantial improvement for that’s just my thoughts on it
Worst bank ever!!!
I went to the bank today because I’m traveling for a month. I took a copy of my ticket and they didn’t want to give me any US or Canadian because they told me that I got 200 Canadian 2 days pervious and they are only allowing persons 200$ US or Canadian per ticket. I told the teller that I’m going for a month what they expect me to do and all she said was that she was sorry.
