Make it intuitive!

Been using Rep Zio for several years now. It’s helpful and does things well. Could use a more intuitive aspect by returning to a place in one area that you have to leave to check inventory, account information, or product specs, etc and be able to return to the exact area you were in previously without having to go all the way back to the beginning and basically start over.

I like the app and it works well but the customer service is nonexistent they don’t like answering phone calls and we we’re never notified of the new credit card feature and we were still writing in credit card # in the comments section at a tradeshow and when we submitted the orders for security reasons the credit card numbers were blocked we had done this in the past and it was never a problem but they blocked the ability to put the credit card numbers in the comment section for the orders so subsequently we lost $10,000 worthOf orders for people that change their mind for one reason or another it’s like once you have the order if you don’t want to have to go back and have them re-think it fortunately most of the people gave us the card
So I contacted the company left several messages and emails that I wanted to get information on the credit card feature and I’ve never gotten a return phone call and the tradeshow was in January and this is March

Easy for Sales Professionals & Great for LV + ATL Market

I have been supporting this app for the last 3 years. I have seen hundreds sales professionals be proficient in order writing and other sales enablement features very quickly. It runs on both iPhone, iPad and in the browser. RepZio is also one of the better sales enablement apps to use as a sales professional during the Las Vegas and Atlanta Market because of the badge scanning capabilities. RepZio continues to collaborate with the users to improve.
