It will work

So being that there are not a lot of resistance band apps that I can find that even comes close to the quality of the exercises on this app I am pleased. It’s not a professional app in a studio with matching outfits and a star but Shannon gives an honest workout. I am going to use this on vacation and see how it goes.

Nicely Done

I'm just starting to use resistance bands, and this app was exactly what I needed to get me started. I travel on business trips, and the easy example videos are perfect to not only learn how to use the bands, but I have the workouts right on my iPad.

For just a few dollars, this was well worth it. I even bought the bands she recommended, and am thrilled with them. If you are looking to exercise without investing in bulky expensive weight machines, don't want to go to the gym, just want to tone up, or need to stay in shape while traveling, she offers the perfect app. Well done, and well worth the price.
