REstats is a real estate application that reports homes sold activity throughout North America. Updated constantly, REstats is THE essential tool when you are buying or selling a home. By being an informed client you can select the right real estate professional that meets your standards.

The four essential rules to see how your real estate market has done in the previous month:

Days on Market – Changes in how long it takes to sell a home from the month before.

Sold to Ask Ratio. -- What percent of the asking price did homes sell for?

Average Price – The average price of homes sold, compared to previous month.

By units sold – The increase/decrease in how many homes sold in your city.

Customer Reviews

This app sounded like a good idea though of course if you want current market stats you need to do a CMA on the MLS. I shouldn't have expected much since even big companies such as Zillow and Truila don't even have current data. Anyway either I'm crazy or the app creator is because in the app clearly states that green arrow facing up is an increase and red arrow down is a decrease so please explain why in the first column they are all opposite. I could never show a client this, it would confuse them. Please explain how this works. I know it's not just my app because you can see the problem on the first slide in the app store. Also UI isn't good at all. I'm guessing the developer is a first timer, in that case good job and keep practicing.
