I've gained 35 lbs since I began to work 5 years ago. My lunch is typical junk food at the food court near my office. I tried diet food on shopping tv but to tell the truth they taste so bad; I go to gym irregularly because my working hr is so long and I am tired after work. This app is quite amazing in the sense that it takes little effort to control my weight. I am more aware of the calorie I take every day now. I have't been too aggressive but just by monitoring how much cal i take, at least I don't see the steadily weight gain in last several months. in fact, I lost a few pounds. It is the cheapest weight loss program out there but is more effective than many expensive ones. and also I dont have to change my life too much to achieve the goal.


why not

i've failed many attempts of losing weights. these attempt work at the beginning but sooner or later i return to my normal track and eat what i like eat. i also recorded what i eat for a while but gave up in the middle cause i am too lazy. anyways, this app serves well for my purpose, i need a smart diary like it. i also don't have to skip eating what i like, i guess just eat them in a controlled way, just eat less of them.

if the food i am going to eat is not in the database, i will just put an approximate value for it. i am not looking for super accurate calorie amount, i just need an indicative amount and keep my record. a final good point is it doesn't need internet. I only have a itouch which only has WF.



I love this app.! It is very easy to use and has a good layout. Once you start useing this app. everyday, it really makes you think twice about how you're eating and what you can do to eat better/less calories. I love the way you can chose your own plan and enter personal stats about yourself and it automatically figures out how many calories you should be eating to lose how ever many lbs/week your plan had entered. I've been useing this app. for about 2 weeks now and I've lost almost 3 lbs. Of course I'm still learning to stay within my calorie budget but this app. really helps me keep track of EVERYTHING I need to, which helps me stay on track so far. Well good luck everyone! :)
