No More Frantic Google Searches For Restaurant Calorie Info!
This app is wonderful! My husband and I love to go out to eat, but I am eating more healthfully and losing weight. We eat out once or twice a week, sometimes on the spur of the moment. This has resulted in frantic last minute Google searches for online nutritional information. Trying to read nutrition pdf's posted online by restaurants while riding in a car is a real hassle! Now with this app, finding a healthful, low calorie meal that I can actually look forward to eating has been amazing. Thank you for making this app! My daughter has 6 serious food allergies and is on a specialized diet prescribed by a University medical center gastroenterologist. If we could add in her food allergies as one of the search options that would be a huge help. The top 8 most common food allergies are (in no particular order): wheat, dairy, soy, eggs, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, and shellfish. If each of those allergies were added as a search criterion that would be amazing for people with disorders like eosinophilic esophagitis. Thanks for a wonderful app!!!
I. Love. This. App.
Honestly? I just started using it. But, I can't say enough good things about it. I've tried similar stuff that produced ZERO results because I live in the South. Land of morbid obesity and not giving a crap. I'm an emerging vegetarian and it has made it SO easy. You can find ANY type of diet preference imaginable and even plan meals according to a 1500 or 2000 calorie diet. There's detailed nutrition breakdowns and everything. It is probably the best use of memory on my phone besides my contacts, Facebook, and extensive selfie library.
Help for a vegan girl in a non vegan world
I love eating out but it's annoying to have to always look up the menu before deciding on a restaurant. Makes it really easy to find restaurants to suit different dietary preferences.
I also LOVE the fact that there is a "not a salad" option for 'type of dish'. I always get asked if I just eat salads. Yeah people, breakfast, lunch, and dinner, I've had nothing but salads for 8 years. I'm closing in on 10,000.
