One of the biggest complaints from users is how we require you to rate your reservation. However, that's now a thing of the past! You can easily skip the ratings and come back to them later.

Force restaurant reviews
The new app forces you to review all the restaurants you have been to through the app before you can move on. If you "skip" the review, it comes up next time. The team at resy told me, "At this time, restaurant rating is not optional"--so my time isn't worth much to them and they would rather have me angrily ding their customers for their product decisions? No thanks.
I choose not to review every restaurant I go to every time for a variety of reasons. If I go to the same restaurant ten times, do I need to review it ten times? What if I don't feel strongly? What if I just don't remember how it was when I open the app a week later? The product already suffered from a lack of granularity in terms of searching and filtering, but now it is just broken and I will just not use it in the meantime.
I rely on Resy to make reservations at the best restaurants! Hoping to try everywhere on the app but the list keep growing!
You should know that you have to add a credit card to create an account. You then cannot delete the credit card number (just replace it). You also can't delete your account without emailing customer support and asking for help. This isn't the behavior of a company that deserves trust.
