The Revelation mobile app lets your licensed users interact with an instance of Revelation helpdesk and allows them to work with tickets, contacts, dashboards, messages and their activity feed

4) Help-guide link now opens in new window.
5) Performance improvements in Contacts search.
6) Search results are remembered when you go back to the search form after viewing a ticket.
7) Add "None" option to secondary ticket grouping page settings.
8) Contact search result fields are based on those configured in Revelation.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
