Handy tool, wish I'd thought of it
This app displays values as needed by an iOS programmer. I had noticed most others did not have the uicolor format and didn't feel like doing the math inline. Now I won't have to, and I'll be able to see the colors on the device.
It works as advertised, and it's free, so what more could one ask for?
Does what it says it does for free!
Three sliders for Red, Green and Blue plus one Alpha control. Gives a value read out. Look at all the pretty colors! Millions of combinations and it's all for free!
Great for teachers
Yes, it should go up to 255, but try explaining that to students. Scaling it to one makes this app easy for my students to relate too. More importantly, they see that red, green, and blue make white. Minus a star for no explanation page.
