Works OK

This is better than it has ever been before but is still not that great. Service is fine but the app is lacking. For instance the badges don't seem to make any sense. And it lags behind the forwarded calls and mail notices, not getting them right away.

I'd like to be able to text (and receive texts) from my phone on the app - from my business number - but I can't figure out how to do that. It seems like a basic thing any phone service should be able to do.

I do like being able to call with the business number from my iPhone.


Not nearly as bad as the PC desktop app, but still not great. Most of ring central's products outside of their in office phones have been below par for me. Also customer service with this company is abysmal, one representative told me that the problems I was experiencing couldn't be ring central's fault but rather my own, I was told that I had a "bad attitude" when I was nothing but courteous. My IT rep even confirmed that nothing was wrong on our end, yet the ring central employee persisted to be rude and unhelpful. The matter was never resolved and I have since boycotted the product. DO NOT GET THEIR SOFTWARE, it won't work and they won't help you fix it.

Great when it works!

The app on our IPhone 6 plus works well when it is accessible and not crashing. It can freeze up, several times a day and is frustrating!
There is always a delay when I try to call customers through the ring central app. I'm still having issues where I can't call customers through the app even with WiFi in my vehicle! I'm losing customers!
