Don't do it

Terrible product with non-existent customer service.

If you are on a call through this product, and receive a cellular call, the app puts your ringCentral call on hold and automatically connects the cellular call. Ugh.

Call quality is horrible and though it says it will hand off to the cellular network I have never been successful with that feature.

Good enough for me.

Although I think navigating from feature to feature in the app could be better, I.e. easier to select 'on the fly', the app does what I need it to do quite well.

Errors

Call quality through the app appears to be marginal. Service itself is 4 out of 10, not great, not horrible. Support from App Store goes to general ATT Support with no option for app support. Why am I not surprised?
