We own a car dealership and have had this system for years. It used to just be a call forwarding system that worked well for the price. This new app has amazing features-if only it would actually work! Constant missed calls that never ring, malfunctioning audio, trying to transfer calls to another salesperson works when it wants to, annoyingly rings even when the app is closed, and sometimes calls will just start going directly to your cell phone and bypass the app. You have no idea this is a customer and not a personal call!
Basically, it is a cheap service but too risky to operate your business this way. The only good part is that calls are always recorded and you can speak to a customer anywhere you go without being in the dealership.
This REALLY is a Good APP
I have been using Office at Hand for two years now. It WORKS the way it is suppose to. If you are having problems, please check your settings. Here are the great features.
1. When a call comes us, you can tell from the caller ID that it is from the APP.
2. When you miss a call, you get a text message.
3. It is very easy to call back back or block a call.
So much more, but bottom line ... it WORKS!!
