Pretty good...
They quality of the laundering is consistent though not amazing. And the customer service is super nice. They are willing to take special instructions which is great. And they respond via text quickly. If the quality of the wash and fold itself was just a little higher, I'd give them a five. Sometimes the clothes just don't come back clean and fresh enough.
