Node Chef update
I've been for something like this for a long time. It's given me a reason to wake up every morning before work and get to the gym. The workouts are easy to follow with a video to show you how to perform the lift, and you won't spend 2+ hours in the gym. Every morning I wake up I spend an hour tops and finish every set. I would highly recommend this app and workout program for anyone who is looking to start working out again or who is starting for the first time and not sure where to start.
