This app is useless! I’ve called customer support and they’re always helpful, but this shouldn’t be a frequent call. I’ve also notified my broker of the login issues and multiple changes of passwords because ‘my information doesn’t match their records’. I entered my user name, email address, and answered the security question only to be told the information was wrong!! Touch ID will not work either. I’ve spent hours of frustration but since customers have been complaining for 3 and 4 years about the same issues, it appears that RJF doesn’t care about their complaints. This is corporate arrogance!!!
Not valid login information
I am so tired of this app saying my security question answer is wrong or my login information dose not exist or is incorrect when I have Touch ID enabled . I end up getting locked out . You would think with today’s modern technology this would not happen . This app is such a joke . And don’t respond with ha e you checked your settings. No need to because their app works when it feels like .
Don’t like new version.
I do not like this new update at all! Please go back to the way things were laid out; they worked just fine. The information I use was right there; much easier to navigate.
