RNI Colibri uses the same innovative rendering engine as its sibling RNI Flashback. But unlike Flashback it has been trained on quite a narrow selection of the finest slide scans. This makes for a totally different colour rendering and allows to easily enhance the bland colours of digital.

Great looks with just the right amount of control
RNI has always been good at delivering apps that potentially give you — as their name suggests — really nice images. If I wish to elevate a great iPhone photo, Colibri is now my go-to app. It's the same caliber of pleasing film-like looks RNI is known for with a bit more control you don't get with RNI Flashback, but not as much as you can with RNI Films. Colibri is the best of both worlds: it gives me just the right amount of essential control over an image with the same great film-inspired magic that makes Flashback so endearing. Colibri is simple to use and a great middle child in the already wonderful RNI mobile app family.
Love the simple edit option
Love the intuitive, simple editing option this app provides for someone like me who doesn't like much fussing with edits! Please add a sharpening tool in your advance controls that would be most appreciated.
Going backward
I downloaded this for my phone and found that the picture quality was poor and did not appreciate the effects delivered. After 20 minutes of playing with it I decided that it was a waste of time and so deleted it. Others may like the grainy / blotchy effects but it made skintones look to red.
