I enjoyed this game

Again, I enjoyed this game and I hope that there is a Road of Rome IV. The game can be a little glichie though. If you restart the game without exiting items may disappear in the game. For this reason I gave it four stars. Otherwise it is a fun and challenging game if you strive to get all red flags.

No, just no

From a strategy perspective it’s a fair enough game but I quote parts of the description above, “ No one but Victorius and his army can resist the enemy and protect Rome from the forthcoming disaster. There is nothing left out for Victorius, but to set off on a journey to fight the enemy!” I was promised combat even if it’s a strategy game were you produce units and they fight for you, not cleaning up someone else’s mess. Also I would honestly like someone to tell me how exactly I am protecting Rome for the barbarians if I DO NOT kill them and even fix roads they can use to invade. I really would like for someone to explain this to me because I was lied to. At most I could scare away the occasional barbarian by clicking on it a few times. If you read the description of this game and expect a strategy game where you can beat back the barbarian invaders, don’t make the same mistake I did and don’t buy this game.

Love it

I've played to completion and then played again every game in the series so far and I love them all. Well worth the money. I will definitely buy a sequel if/when it comes out. I wish they were rolling these out for the iPad still like Roads of Rome 1.

People complaining about not enough gold to finish a level, just haven't figured things out yet. Sorry, folks.

One very minor typo in Roads of Rome 3, when the little guy is throwing water on a burning building mousing over him reveals "Dying out." I think they were going for "drying out," even though you don't dry out a fire. <shrug>
