Robokill is one of the most deluxe iPad games to date that really takes advantage of being made for the iPad instead of just a port of an existing iPhone title. It’s got my son and me fighting over my iPad. Fun to play and the graphics are terrific:

Gain experience, pick up abandoned weapons and shields, collect cash and hidden loot to *upgrade* your Mecha with a powerful suite of new armaments and defensive tools. But be warned – drop your guard for even an instant and the droids will swarm you. Keep moving!!

Great game, big flaw

The game is awesome to play until you try to see where you are located. The map button brings up what is supposed to be a map. The icons, I.e. the shop and teleport pads, show in what appears to be the correct locations, but the boxes signifying the rooms do not show properly. It shows a small corner of the map enlarged over the map screen and you have no option of zooming. This happens on my iPad mini. Will give 5 stars when it is fixed.

Map still not working...

For a paid game to not only hit you with sneak ads on startup and have crippling bugs that keep you from reasonably enjoying the game (bugs that go unfixed between versions), it's just unacceptable. I liked this game before profits beat out quality...

Controlled need to be fixed.

I find it very difficult to play the game with the joysticks. I have played this game on the computer and it is substantially easier. Like the game but I'm finding it very hard to control my robot.
