What's New in Version 9.0.5104
Touch authentication optimization along with minor bug fixes and improvements.
Easy to navigate, that's about it. Used to be able to deposit checks into personal account over 2500 per day, now it won't allow to deposit check larger than that unless it's into a business account. Looks like I'll be making weekly bank trips. That's just awful that has changed.
Update....I HATE THIS APP!!! Can't deposit ANY checks, because they're over 2,500?? That's the most ridiculous thing EVER. Also, Touch ID is a joke. Have to set it up everyday, and it's very slow! Bring back old app please. This is so bad, may consider new bank that doesn't set a deposit limit. Incredibly slow, Mobil deposits are awful on this app. Doesn't let you know weather or not it's been accepted til the next day. Not good when you need that deposit. Sooo not happy with this new app.
Ok new day, so today's rant: went to deposit my check and it told me my accounts are unavailable!! I'm switching banks!
Update, now my accounts aren't available for mobile checking. Def switching banks. Read the reviews Rockland Trust!!!
Updated, now with more fail!
Since updating bill pay has become useless. It automatically selects an account not attached to my bill pay and will not allow me to change it. I didn't notice this at first, then I noticed the other account was overdrawn one day. Wow! I didn't use bill pay on the go very often, but it was nice to have it as an option.
This version crashes more often than the previous one.
All of my other banking apps mask the screen contents in the app switcher. While it’s nice to know what I have in my account, I should need to actually be in the app to see anything, it should show a blank or masked card in the switcher.
And how about TouchID?
What a fine concept, if only it was usable in this app. It is rarely enabled when opening the app. Setting it up will allow it to work for a little while before it disables itself again. It also likes to complain that my fingerprint isn't valid. I am not a programmer, but I'm reasonably certain that my fingerprint doesn't change when running this app.
Good bank, very subpar app.
Considering all of the fanfare and annoying messages about the update, you might think it was actually tested and worth releasing. It's a major disappointment.
Times out DURING transactions???
Pointless upgrade. Transactions more complicated to get to same end result; Random time outs while you are actually entering data, a few good features didn't actually kick in til I went back to investigate why and found how easy it was to miss checking the policy agreement box.
A warning that you can't deposit more than $2500/day to personal accounts seems to be just floating text. Never stops me from making deposits regularly that exceed this limit. Which seems a pointless and random rule anyway so I'm not bothered that they don't even enforce it.
Also for some reason the GUI and font are just uglier. Why did they do all this?
