Worst app I've ever had to use

This app and the service and support I have not received make this the worst I have ever had to use for one of the best and most favorite of my magazines. Why can't it hold the last page I was reading, for instance? And why has it all of a sudden been crammed into such a small space? The earlier versions were so much better, and I never had the problems that I have had with this one. And one of the issues took two months of hassling the support service before it was finally downloadable. Fix the problems or I'm not renewing. I'd rather read the print version.

Been reading since the 70s

And I still find the magazine relevant and informative!

And I am grateful that I can read it on my iPhone (6s Plus) and adjust font size!!

But you do a lousy job of keeping my place on the page I am reading. In fact you don't eve keep me on the article was reading. And we have used the app long enough. Make it better!!!

And many times when I launch the app you ask to restore purchases - again and again.

And having read on an iPad since you launched with Apple Newstand - what happened to the embedded music links??? And why can't I see my issue list on my iPhone. I can only see back to mid-January.

And it is unfortunate you don't provide a print subscription that INCLUDES the digital version.

Just a scanned in pdf

I had been a digital subscriber with the former version and loved the interactive features. I thought this was the best use of a digital format for the magazines of any magazine I subscribe to digitally. I loved being able to play the music from in the app. Now it's just a pdf of the print issue with no additional features (aside from a table of contents, which is the exact bare minimum I would expect.) What a waste.
