Issue have gone unresolved
Love not needing to call. There should be a better selection of coupons available inside the app. Romeo’s sends TONS of coupons every day and then they only put a few in the app. Also, why isn’t a pepperoni pizza one of the default selection inside the menu? Anyway, those items may or not be policies that the app designers had anything to do with. So needs content improvement, not interface improvement. I’ll continue to use it.

A major issue has not been resolved even after deleting the app and reinstalling. Once I’m to the point when it asks me if I would like the order ‘now’ or in the ‘future’ it starts thinking and doesn’t stop. We order Romeos a lot. Love their pizza but have to go another route every time we don’t want to place an order that was the same as the last one. This has cost them at least 10 orders in the last 6 months. Get this fixed! It’s like you have no one monitoring these things.
Romeo’s should be pushing for more app orders since, with an app order, they have no chance of an unhappy customer who waits for their local restaurant to finally pick up after 15 rings just to get someone to say “thank you for choosing Romeo’s... will you please hold”. Arrggggghh fix this app. You can’t just pay one time for app development and then forget about it.

One issue I had...
I am a lover of Romeo’s Subs. So, one day I was placing an order for a sub using the app when I seemingly ran into a bug in the Apps online ordering feature. It kept wanting me to choose something about my Sub that I could not do in the app and it would not let me proceed with the order until I did. I couldn’t figure out how to select what it was asking me to. Seemed like a bug, so please look into that developers. If that was resolved, I would be a frequent user of this app and have no issues at all with it.
PS: It gets stuck at the screen right after you choose which sub you want, or in the “style/size” tab. The only thing I can even select on that screen is “add special notes” but I don’t wish to, so I’m ready to continue but when I click continue, it pops up a thing that says “Required! please select style”.
Love it! However have 2 improvement ideas...
I love using the app but a couple of improvements that could be made are: 1. Including the confirmed time of the delivery on the confirmation email. It only tells you what time the order was placed. 2. Have the actual tip amount populated on the written receipt. If you add a tip online it does not populate on the physical receipt you are asked to sign but does list the total amount with tip at the bottom, which makes it seem like you didn’t tip and could cause duplicate tipping. Thanks.
