Since 1991, Georgiana Lotfy, who created and narrated this app, has been helping people discover mindful meditation as a way to connect with the peace of staying in the present moment, free from regrets of the past and thoughts of fear about the future. In this way, she has helped thousands of people of all ages live happier, healthier lives. Room to Breathe Meditation can help you reduce stress, improve health, increase energy, strength, and help you to welcome the love and peace of God’s plan for you.
Five minute Introduction and Instruction from your guide
Guided breathing meditation of 15 minutes gives step by step instruction to focus on your breath and help reduce weary thoughts. If you have had problems meditating in the past, this is a simple and effective way to meditate and receive the benefits of meditation.
Introduction and Guided Breathing Meditation are presented with options of soothing voice alone and with voice and calming music.
Maybe you’ve thought about meditation or tried everything possible to quiet your mind to meditate. Georgiana makes it easy to meditate and discover the gift of peace in this present moment. Being able to quiet your mind means a calmer more relaxed life. “Is that really true?” you may ask. With Room to Breathe, de-cluttering your mind is possible. It is a blessing of deeper meditation that we detach ourselves from our emotional reaction in order to discover peace and compassion we have within, in our inner core, the place where God is within us. Using the Breathe meditation contained in this program, you can achieve God’s greater peace and reduce stress in your life.
Listen and focus on your breath: To relax. To reduce stress, To help you sleep.
Listen anytime, once or twice a day, except when driving heavy machinery, like an auto or when full attention is necessary.

I love this app. Georgiana's voice is clear and simple - which is a big deal -
and soothing. There is no distracting and disconcerting electronic background music for which I am grateful. I am looking forward to developing a relationship with this recording! Thank you Georgiana!I just have to add that (on Jan. 3) I have been listening to this app for a while now and I really love Georgiana's sweet voice! Can feel the energy moving in my body after using it. It really works!
I try and meditate every day but when I'm traveling, working or have company or just when my day is filled with other people and activities, that is so hard to do. I just excuse myself for this brief time, listen to this and I'm immediately drawn into that meditative state which benefits everybody! Thank you, Georgiana....
Sort of yoga
Sorry to say, but it really sounds like some sort of pranah app. The voice has a hypotic rithm and sound, the wordinding surely does not help, and the voice, while not really unsettling is not well recorded.
One would expect a more Christian approach by the Pauline Sisters!
By the way, we have the 'Prayer of the Name of Jesus' that in its oriental form gives a lot of weigh to breathing, but not as this app. The Carmelite spirituality has the aspiration prayer that is now part in mainstream Catholicism. Then I can think of Ignatian spirituality that gives an important place to breathing linked to the Pater and the Ave.
So, sumraizing, I downloaded the app under the brand of the Pauline Sisters thinking it was a Catholic app. But it is just a sort of yoga + hypnothic app.
