One day if you are locked in somewhere…
It doesn’t matter that’s real or just imagination.
It doesn’t matter that’s past, present or future at all.
The only important thing to you…
Now… just now…
You have to escape now…

[Game Introduction]

Room Break is an adventure game about escaping.

The purpose of this game is simple.
Users will be detained to certain places and situations and they need to open the door of each room and escape.

Obviously, users need to figure out how to open the doors.
Maybe, there are some unexpected tricks hidden..
But, it is not difficult at all.
If you pay attention a little bit more, you will be able to find out all the hints that lead users to a successful break-out.

All of you have different reasons, but one purpose.
Escape now!!

[Episode Information]

Basically, there are 6 different episodes, each of which has its own unique scenario.
Scenarios are designed to maximize the break-out situations and thus, make users focus on the game.
And, if you escape at the end, there might be an ending you don’t expect waiting for you.

Almost there

The game itself is challenging, and fun to play. It would get 5 stars if the dialogue was redone by a a native English speaker, this was obviously translated and therefore ruins the storyline for me when I have to guess what they are trying to say. Also, it's annoying that I have to switch to feet to walk out of a room, I should just be able to tap to leave. And finally, I would like it if the icons and special abilities had an explanation as to what they were, perhaps a word? I am not sure what they do by their picture alone, and then you use it only to realize it isn't doing what you needed and now it's gone.

Close, but not so good

This game is really frustrating. I love room escape games and have stuck with this one longer than it deserves. Firstly, the controls are really awkward. After you finally get used to them, you get frustrated at how slow they respond, i often click the wrong spot because i'm still waiting for a previous click to register. Then it's fun and challenging for a while, until the puzzles become increasing bizarre. I've had to use a walkthrough to get through half of levels 4 and 5 and each time i look up the solution i'm still confused how you were ever supposed to get the solution. It's not fun any more.

So Engaging!!

I've played a lot of room escape games in the past but this one is by far the most engaging with it's story lines, twists, and puzzles that really make you use your brain. The only negative I have is that I can't figure out, for the life me, how to accurately cut things (and if you've played the game, you know what I mean)! I personally think the mini puzzle for using knives should be a little more "human-friendly"; they should leave more room for error if they really want the player to be successful. All in all, great game, beautiful graphics, and brilliant brain teasers!!
