It keeps saying there is a problem with the internet but it is working perfectly
Paid for Plus but not working
I paid for the Plus tier using Apple Pay but videos are still not playing and asking me to pay subscription again. When I try to do it again, the App store says I am already subscribed ( and emailed me a receipt). Please fix your App. I contacted Roya to fix the problem but received no response. I will be reporting this to Apple.

Need to chat with customer service
Yesterday I purchased the plus membership for 20$ and connected my tv successfully! But it doesn’t open anything !!! It says no compatible source was found for this media !!!!
I want my money back, please!
