The RTA Dubai Drive application is exclusively designed to provide a personalized experience for Road Users, Car Owners and Driving License Holders in Dubai, to help meet their needs. It helps you manage your Driving License, Vehicles, Fines, Parking, Salik, Plates and Certificates.

Can’t cancel parking before expiration
There needs to be a way to cancel an existing parking fee when you move to a new parking zone

The most useless app ever.
In the old version with the old design, it is not possible to extend your parking tickets, nor to pay for a new parking ticket. You have to wait 5-7 minutes in order to pay for a new ticket and in the meantime this is the reason why I got over few hundreds aed(dirhams) of fine every month 😡. The agents don’t even let the users a window of 10-15min to renew the ticket, they fine them straight away.
When I contact the customer service via the chat (which works terribly bad), they completely don’t care. Making an appeal will never work anyway...
And guys seriously, you spend a lot of money to change the whole design of the app, but if it doesn’t let the user to log in, what’s the point ???😡 Do I have to expect to get more fines ? And what’s the point for me to put money into my account if I cannot use it to pay my parking ???😡😡😡
Please hire competent engineers or consulting firms...

Disaster app
Crash▪️crash▪️crash ▪️delete-app▪️download-app ▪️works but nonetheless terribly then again;
Crash▪️crash▪️crash▪️delete-app▪️download-app▪️works. Repeat this miserable experience endlessly because you have no choice.
One important feature; it definitely crashes when you need it most. Fight back by keeping calm when you get screwed by the app 😂.
